Making my website was actually way easier than I thought. To be honest, when Ms. Belisle first told us that we were going to have to do a website I kind of felt that it was going to be impossible, but it turned out to be a lot of fun and maybe just a little frustrating, but not much. By using Microsot Expression Web and by getting help from Brittany and Ms. Belisle, I created a pretty cool website. I think the section I am most proud of is the one marked as "My Trips around Europe," because I included many photos I took when I traveled all over europe and then put them all together to create sort of collage. I really don't know what I would have changed because I pretty much included everything from me year in France, but maybe I could have done a better job on my navigation bar. I feel like it is kind of plain compared to the others I have see, but I mean I am still happy with the work I have accomplished. Now, my biggest technical challenge was probably fitting all the pictures and text into the tables. It was a little frustratin at times because I had to continuosly go back and change the dimensions of each picture and make sure they were the perfect size in order to fit in the table. My biggest design challenge was creating the collage of all my pictures I took while I traveled in Europe. It was not a really difficult task, but it did take me a while to complete it. I am definitely going to show off my website to my family and to all my friends and host-families in France since I included them into my site. After learning how to use Kompozer and Expression Web, I am definitely going to make another website.
Your layout is really good and you did a nice job balancing pictures while not putting in too much text
